Be Chosen Agency builds intake, conflict-check routing, document assembly, and client document workflows for law firms with 10 to 200 staff. Automation gathers and drafts; attorneys review and decide.
Where the hours go
These are the tasks that eat staff time at Law firms without anyone deciding they should.
Inquiries arrive by phone, web form, and referral. Names are re-typed into the conflict search, and a promising matter waits while someone finds the time.
Engagement letters, routine pleadings, and standard agreements are built by copying last month's version and hoping every field was changed.
Paralegals chase clients for records over email, then rename and file every attachment by hand.
Clients call for updates that live in an attorney's head or a case-management note they cannot see.
Tasks that come out of a hearing or a call depend on someone remembering to enter them.
What BCA builds
Each one is a bounded, fixed-price build on the tools you already use, with a person approving anything that reaches a client.
One intake form that collects every party name the conflict check needs, routes by practice area, and queues the matter for a person at the firm to clear.
Automation SprintYour own templates turned into guided forms with clause logic, so routine documents are assembled consistently. An attorney reviews every document before it leaves the firm.
Automation SprintChecklists per matter type, secure upload, automatic reminders, and files named and filed to your structure.
Automation SprintAn assistant that turns intake notes into a structured summary for the reviewing attorney. It does not assess the merits, give advice, or contact anyone.
Automation SprintOpen matters by stage, owner, and next date, drawn from the case-management records you already keep.
Automation SprintHands-on training for attorneys and staff, and a draft acceptable-use policy for the firm's leadership to review and adopt.
AI Training for TeamsHow it starts
A half or full day with your staff to map the workflows above and pick the first one to fix, with a written scope and fixed price.
Two to four weeks to build, test with your people, and launch, delivered in weekly slices.
Keep it working and improving, and teach the team to use it and AI tools safely.
Lawyers' duties of competence and confidentiality apply to the tools they use, and ABA Formal Opinion 512 (2024) addresses generative AI specifically. BCA is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. It builds inside the systems and settings the firm approves, keeps conflict decisions with the firm, and uses sample data until the firm approves a path for client files.
Why Be Chosen Agency
The same delivery rules BCA uses for federal work apply to every commercial build.
Be Chosen Agency is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Teton Wilson, a U.S. Air Force veteran, scopes the work, leads the build, and signs the handoff.
Builds live in accounts your firm owns, with the least access the work needs, and every account and permission is listed at handoff. BCA holds no SOC 2 report or ISO certification, so it works inside the controls you already run.
Each AI function does one named job and stops for a person to approve before anything reaches a client or a file. Prototypes use sample or synthetic data until you approve real records.
Based in Peoria, in the Phoenix metro. Workshops and training can run at your office, and build work runs on Arizona time.
