Commercial service 01 · AI & Automation Workshop
One day to find the automation worth building first.
A fixed-price half or full day with the people who do the work. We map how requests, documents, and approvals actually move through your firm, score what could be automated, and pick one first project with a written scope.
- Half day or full day
- Fixed price, scoped up front
- At your office in the Phoenix metro, or remote
OutcomeYou leave with a ranked list of automation candidates, one recommended first project, and a written scope and fixed price for building it. There is no obligation to build it with BCA.
Best for: Owners, managing partners, and operations leads at firms with 10 to 200 staff who know time is leaking but are not sure where to start.
What the day looks like
Most firms already know where it hurts: the same client information typed into three systems, documents chased by email for weeks, approvals that wait on one partner’s inbox. The workshop turns that into a list you can act on.
We sit with the people who do the work, not just the people who manage it. Each workflow is walked from the first request to the finished deliverable, and every step that involves copying, reminding, or waiting gets marked. Then we score the candidates together.
Half day or full day
A half day covers two or three workflows and is enough to pick a first project. A full day covers four to six, adds a pass on AI use across the firm, and is better when more than one practice area or office is involved.
What happens after
You own the maps and the scope. If you want BCA to build the first project, the scope becomes an Automation Sprint at the price already written down. If you would rather build it in-house or with another firm, the document is written so they can use it.
How it runs
4 steps, each with something you can see.
Prepare
A 30-minute call and a short questionnaire. We agree which workflows to cover and who should be in the room.
Map
Walk each workflow from first request to finished work with the people who do it. Mark every handoff, copy-paste, reminder, and wait.
Score
Rate each candidate on hours saved, error risk, client experience, and how sensitive the data is. Pick the one that pays back first and is safe to build.
Write it down
Within a few business days you get the maps, the ranked list, and a one-page scope with a fixed price for the first build.
Limits
What this is not.
Stated up front so the scope has no surprises.
- A workshop is not a security audit, a compliance review, or legal advice.
- Recommendations cover workflow and software. Staffing, pricing, and practice-management decisions stay with you.
- If nothing on the list is worth automating yet, the report says so.
Usually next
Automation Sprint
The workshop's recommended project becomes a fixed-price Automation Sprint, already scoped.

A small firm that builds carefully, and says what it does not do.
The same delivery rules BCA uses for federal work apply to every commercial build.
Veteran-owned, founder-led
Be Chosen Agency is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Teton Wilson, a U.S. Air Force veteran, scopes the work, leads the build, and signs the handoff.
Security-minded by default
Builds live in accounts your firm owns, with the least access the work needs, and every account and permission is listed at handoff. BCA holds no SOC 2 report or ISO certification, so it works inside the controls you already run.
Bounded AI, human review
Each AI function does one named job and stops for a person to approve before anything reaches a client or a file. Prototypes use sample or synthetic data until you approve real records.
Local to the Valley
Based in Peoria, in the Phoenix metro. Workshops and training can run at your office, and build work runs on Arizona time.
