What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, buyer type, and message. It is transmitted to a form-handling service operated by BCA's affiliate and delivered to teton@bechosenagency.com. We use it to respond to you and to keep a record of the inquiry.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or cross-site cookies are loaded by this site.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
• We do not ask for, and you should not send, controlled unclassified information, sensitive personal data, or credentials through the form.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by a content-delivery platform that records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations. Fonts and images are self-hosted.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are kept as business correspondence. To request a copy or deletion of what you have sent us, email teton@bechosenagency.com.
