Be Chosen Agency builds proposal, capture, and compliance workflows for small primes and subcontractors. It runs its own federal capture on a system it built, and it also teams as an SDVOSB subcontractor.
Where the hours go
These are the tasks that eat staff time at Government contractors without anyone deciding they should.
Every solicitation means shredding Sections L and M into a matrix by hand, then checking the draft against it the night before submission.
Opportunities from SAM.gov, agency forecasts, and teaming partners are tracked in spreadsheets, and bid/no-bid decisions are not recorded.
Project descriptions and resumes are rewritten for each proposal because nobody trusts which version is current.
NDAs, teaming agreements, and partner capability data are scattered across inboxes.
Monthly status reports, deliverable tracking, and invoice backup are assembled manually from several sources.
What BCA builds
Each one is a bounded, fixed-price build on the tools you already use, with a person approving anything that reaches a client.
An assistant that drafts a compliance matrix from the solicitation, with every row linked to its source paragraph. A proposal manager verifies each row before it is used.
Automation SprintOpportunities from discovery to bid decision, capture, submission, and debrief, with an owner, a next date, and a recorded go/no-go on each.
Automation SprintCurrent past-performance write-ups, resumes, and boilerplate in one searchable place, with version dates and owners.
Automation SprintPartner capabilities, certifications, and agreement status tracked in one place, with reminders when agreements expire.
Automation SprintDeliverables, due dates, and status pulled together for monthly reports, traceable to the records behind them.
Automation SprintHands-on sessions on using AI for drafting and review, with clear rules on what solicitation and company data stays out of public tools.
AI Training for TeamsHow it starts
A half or full day with your staff to map the workflows above and pick the first one to fix, with a written scope and fixed price.
Two to four weeks to build, test with your people, and launch, delivered in weekly slices.
Keep it working and improving, and teach the team to use it and AI tools safely.
BCA holds no CMMC certification, no FedRAMP authorization, and no security clearance, and it does not perform NIST SP 800-171 assessments. Automations that handle controlled unclassified information must run inside your own authorized environment. For most proposal and capture work, which uses public solicitation data and your own content, that boundary is simple to keep.
Why Be Chosen Agency
The same delivery rules BCA uses for federal work apply to every commercial build.
Be Chosen Agency is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Teton Wilson, a U.S. Air Force veteran, scopes the work, leads the build, and signs the handoff.
Builds live in accounts your firm owns, with the least access the work needs, and every account and permission is listed at handoff. BCA holds no SOC 2 report or ISO certification, so it works inside the controls you already run.
Each AI function does one named job and stops for a person to approve before anything reaches a client or a file. Prototypes use sample or synthetic data until you approve real records.
Based in Peoria, in the Phoenix metro. Workshops and training can run at your office, and build work runs on Arizona time.
