Program and office websites, forms and intake portals, document libraries, and the content systems behind them. The design goal is a site an agency can run without calling a vendor for every change.

Accessibility is a delivery requirement, not a review at the end

Every template and component is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria during the build, with automated checks in the pipeline and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes on representative pages. BCA delivers the test evidence with the site. This is a working reference and test record; it is not a conformance certification, and BCA will say so plainly in any Accessibility Conformance Report it helps prepare.

A content inventory and disposition model come first. Every retired URL maps to a destination, the redirect matrix is tested before launch, and search-engine signals are preserved with canonical URLs and a sitemap.

Accessibility testing is a working reference against WCAG 2.2 AA criteria, not a conformance certification. Any Accessibility Conformance Report BCA helps prepare states that basis plainly.
BCA works on the platform the agency or prime selects and does not host federal sites.
Content approval, plain-language clearance, and records-management decisions stay with the agency.

Company-wide boundaries

No federal contract past performance yet. Commercial delivery and owned-system evidence are labeled on the past performance page.
No personnel or facility security clearance. Unclassified work only.
No FedRAMP authorization, agency ATO, CMMC certification, ISO certification, or SOC 2 report. BCA works inside the boundary the agency or prime authorizes.
Not a GSA Multiple Award Schedule holder.
