What this covers
Program and office websites, forms and intake portals, document libraries, and the content systems behind them. The design goal is a site an agency can run without calling a vendor for every change.
Accessibility is a delivery requirement, not a review at the end
Every template and component is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria during the build, with automated checks in the pipeline and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes on representative pages. BCA delivers the test evidence with the site. This is a working reference and test record; it is not a conformance certification, and BCA will say so plainly in any Accessibility Conformance Report it helps prepare.
Migration without losing the public
A content inventory and disposition model come first. Every retired URL maps to a destination, the redirect matrix is tested before launch, and search-engine signals are preserved with canonical URLs and a sitemap.
