Accessibility Statement
Be Chosen Agency is working to make this website usable by the broadest practical range of people and assistive technologies.
Last reviewed August 10, 2026
Target
This website is designed and tested toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. BCA uses semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, responsive reflow, labeled forms, reduced-motion support, and meaningful text alternatives where images carry information.
Testing approach
The release process includes automated accessibility checks and manual review using keyboard-only navigation, focus-order inspection, browser zoom and narrow-screen reflow, contrast review, form validation, reduced-motion settings, and multiple browser engines. Automated tools cannot establish full conformance by themselves.
Known boundaries
The site may link to third-party services or documents that BCA does not control. The standalone digital contact card has its own compact interface and is evaluated separately. A public statement is not a legal certification or a guarantee that every user will encounter no barrier.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, include the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and a description of the problem. Email teton@bechosenagency.com or call 602-533-0553. BCA will respond personally and provide the requested information through an alternative method when practical.
Service boundary
BCA offers accessibility assessment, remediation, and verification support. BCA does not present automated scan output as confirmed legal noncompliance, does not sell accessibility overlays as a substitute for source remediation, and does not provide legal certification.
