These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Be Chosen Agency LLC ("Be Chosen Agency," "we," "us") website and services, including our SMS/text-messaging program. By using our site, contacting us, or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Be Chosen Agency provides AI-enabled marketing, automation, and business-systems services. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in the separate agreement or proposal for each engagement.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box (or otherwise opting in), you agree to receive text messages from Be Chosen Agency.

• What you'll receive: account and service notifications, appointment and lead follow-up, customer-care messages, and — if you opted in to marketing — promotional messages and offers.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Be Chosen Agency does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to text messages to buy any goods or services from us.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers & delivery

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions. Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site or services unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the operation of the services.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and materials are owned by Be Chosen Agency LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

5. Disclaimers

Services and the website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results except where expressly stated in a signed agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Chosen Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, services, or messaging program.
