Who built it

Be Chosen Agency is owned and operated by Teton Wilson, an Air Force veteran who served four years in the military. After the military, Teton spent years in sales roles working inside other companies' CRMs and kept hitting the same wall: the tools got in the way of the work. He decided to build a better one. Self-taught in technology, he went on to architect and build ChosenCRM, a full AI-native CRM and workflow platform. The firm is veteran-led, builder-led, and based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Originally from South Carolina, Teton came to Arizona through the Air Force and stayed after separating. He is married with three kids, and in his free time he coaches flag football for kids at his church.

Proof and capability

Be Chosen's credibility is built on delivered work, not slogans. Teton designed and built ChosenCRM end to end: CRM architecture, communication workflows, dashboards, automation, and AI-assisted operations. He has run lead generation for a mortgage loan officer and produced a steady pipeline of qualified leads. He has designed and shipped production websites, including this site and ChosenCRM's. That is the foundation Be Chosen brings to every new build.

How the positioning works

The strategic growth lane is government modernization and prime contractor subcontracting. The commercial lane is where Be Chosen delivers day to day: AI front desk, call answering, missed-call recovery, intake, reviews, reactivation, websites, and automation for businesses that need help now. Med spas are a target vertical for that commercial work, not a claim of prior results.
